Custom or OEM products may carry different warranty terms as agreed in the purchase contract.


4. What Is Covered

This warranty covers:

  • Rusting or corrosion due to material defects (not misuse)

  • Structural breakage under standard operational conditions


5. What Is Not Covered

The warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or improper handling

  • Improper cleaning or sterilization procedures

  • Normal wear and tear from regular use

  • Damage caused by dropping, accidents, or external force

  • Unauthorized modifications or repairs

  • Products used outside intended medical or dental applications


6. Warranty Claim Procedure

To initiate a warranty claim, customers must:

  2. Provide proof of purchase (invoice or order number)

  3. Submit clear images or videos showing the defect

  4. Return the product if requested for inspection

Once received and inspected, eligible claims will be processed accordingly.


7. Resolution Options

If a product is confirmed to be defective under warranty, Orange Instrument will, at its discretion:

  • Replace the defective product

  • Repair the instrument (if applicable)

  • Offer a credit or refund
